1) Fall Ball Registration Form - Please fill this form out if you are NOT interested in utilizing the online registration feature. You will need to fill this out and bring it to registration day or mail it in to the GYBA address located under the contact us tab.
2) Fall Ball Team Manager/Coach Application Document - Please fill the attached form out if you do NOT wish to utilize the online feature and wish to turn in at registration day or mail in.
2A) Authorization for Records Check - Please fill this form out if you are interested in managing or coaching. A records check is necessary to search police records for any arrest, conviction or information regarding yourself. Please fill out and bring to registration day or mail in to the GYBA website located under the contact us tab.
High School Summer Camps
Grayslake Central Baseball Camp (ages 7 to 14) - Please see the following for Coach Whalen's always fun summer camp.
Grayslake Central Freshman Baseball Camp - For all interested incoming freshman who will attend Grayslake Central High School and are planning to try out for the baseball team, please see the attached.
Grayslake North Sports Summer Camps * - Attached PDF includes upcoming summer camps at Grayslake North High School for all interested parties. Please note these camps are especially important for incoming Grayslake North Freshman. Coaches are highly recommending all interested athletes planning to try out for high school freshman teams to participate.
